Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, ordering fresh fruit and snacks from us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you place an order for watermelon, berries or other fresh produce we'll do our best to deliver it on time. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust your delivery. We may reschedule if you're unreachable without notice.
Menu items and prices are shown in good faith and may change as seasonal fruits and ingredients vary. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative from our selection.
For custom orders like homemade meals or dessert platters we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages about fresh fruit delivery and healthy snacks. Please don't copy our content, branding or photography for commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over every delivery and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
